In the event of closure of more than 75% of the ski lifts* directly accessible by a ski pass during a full day of operation, SAEM LES Ecrins will reimburse the customer on a pro rata basis per ski day.
This guarantee is limited to the reimbursement of a maximum of 4 days per lift pass.
The day will be declared indemnifiable under the bad weather guarantee, after the customer has filed a claim on our contact form and as soon as the ski lift company notes abnormal opening and closing times for its equipment due to weather conditions, accompanied by the weather report.
Guarantee amount
Compensation is calculated in proportion to the number of unused days, up to a maximum of 4 days. The amount thus calculated may under no circumstances exceed €305 per insured person and per claim, or €765 per insured family and per claim.
