Where can I collect my package?

In one of our Kiosks: at 1600 in the room opposite the swimming pool, next to the tourist office or at 1400 (next to the cash desks)

Once you've placed your order online, you'll receive a confirmation e-mail with a pick-up qrcode
Do I have to pay for support for my package?
Réponse
Only when you buy your first package (at the checkout or on our website), yes, the holder (also called "Keycard") costs just €2.
We accept to recharge compatible media.
How do I top up my plan support?

You can top up your package online in just a few clicks!
- choose the package that suits you best,
- enter the support number starting with 01-1614
- pay online
- go straight to the slopes! 🏂
You can also go to the resort kiosks or lift ticket offices.
Is lift access free for babies?

Yes !
Children under 5 years of age (before the 1st day of skiing) have free access to the lifts, subject to the issue of a transport ticket (charged at 5€, excluding support card).
